Use Geographical / Regional Domain names to Improve your SEO
For new websites with a distinct local market area it can be very advantageous to register a domain name with the regional area in the name. Google and other search engines will pick this up when potential customers search for a product or service in your area. You can still register your business name as a secondary domain name for marketing purposes (i.e. advertising, business cards, etc).
