Agreement between 'the customer'
and Chilli Websites (the company)
1.0 These terms are in addition to our standard
Terms of Service (view by clicking
here). Where there is any conflict between these two documents,
the standard Terms of Service override these Promotional Terms.
2.0 This offer is redeemable by
any person on a first come basis. The first five
persons to register for a "Free Trial" at
www.chilliwebsites.com and to enter the promotion
code "friends" will
be entitled to the offer.
2.1 This offer is valid until midnight on March
31, 2007.
2.2 Any person and/or business is permitted one
free web site. Therefore one person can not claim
more than one free web site under this offer nor
can one business claim more than one free web site
under this offer.
2.3 Existing clients are not able to transfer their
existing web sites to this offer. Existing clients
may redeem one free web site under this offer but
may not transfer an existing domain name to the
web site.
3.0 The offer is for the use of
one Chilli Website FREE of any hosting or licensing
charge for one year from the date of registration.
3.1 This offer is not a competition,
raffle, nor drawing. There is no basis for selection
of who is allotted the five FREE web sites other
than as per section 2.0 above.
3.2 When the five FREE web sites
on offer are redeemed or by April 1, 2007 (whichever
is later) a list of the redeemed web sites will
be publicly available at www.chilliwebsites.com/offer/friends.asp.
4.0 The offer is for the hosting
and licensing of the Chilli Websites website design,
Content Management System, Product Catalogue, Directory,
Email Marketing System only.
4.1 The bandwidth and storage
limitations are as per our standard
Terms of Service (view
by clicking here). Any email accounts set up
for a domain name associated with a web site on
this promotion will be included in these limits.
4.2 The
offer specifically does not include domain
name registration, custom design work, programming
modification, training (online training is provided),
nor telephone support (online and email support
is included).
4.3 The customer may purchase
a domain name from Chilli Websites or may delegate
their own domain name to Chilli Websites server
to be associated with their Chilli Websites web
site. Any work within reason (i.e. redelegating)
associated with setting this up on behalf of the
customer will be done by Chilli Websites at no
additional charge.
4.4 If a domain name is associated
with the customer's web site, the customer may
request Chilli Websites setup up to five email
addresses at their domain free of
charge (note section 4.1 above).
5.0 Any additional fees incurred
by the customer will be the responsibility of the
customer. These may include fees for any request
by the customer including, but not limited to items
mentioned in sections 4.0 - 4.4 above and as per
our standard
Terms of Service (view
by clicking here). No fee generating work will
be undertaken by Chilli Websites without clear
and explicit instruction from the customer in writing.
6.0 This agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales in the
Commonwealth of Australia. |
